24th of January was Founder’s day at Dansol Christian Mission. Dansol Schools celebrated the occasion in grand style!
The event at Dansol Nursery and primary school was a memorable one as pupils from the school came forward to share about how Dansol changed their lives. There were also prayers of thanksgiving and a lot of music and dancing. The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Founder’s day award to staff that have spent at least 10 years at Dansol Nursery and Primary school. Senior staff in this category, were given the sum of N100, 000 while junior staff were given N50, 000.. The ceremony came to an end with the closing prayer by the Chairperson of the PTA, Mrs Anyanwu.
At the High School, the celebration was phenomenal! It was a time of thanksgiving, entertainment, worshipful music ministrations, poetry and dance. Apart from the epic presentation of Dansol High School Choir was the presentation of the Founder’s Day award to members of Staff who clocked 10 years at Dansol. Senior staff amongst the awardees were also given a cash gift of N100,000 while junior staff received a N50,000 cash gift.
