The nostalgia of Press Day! Our annual leadership lecture and Press Day celebration held on Thursday 15th June, 2023.
Five A-list secondary schools were invited for an inter-school debate competition; they all showed up inspite of the heavy downpour and performed phenomenally well.
The Guest speaker, Mr. Segun Dawudu, (the immediate past Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Lagos State), spoke on the theme of the day, ‘Social Media as a tool for developing global leaders.’ The chairman of the program, Navy captain Adams Aliu, also had plenty to share with the excited students.
As is the tradition of the club, deserving students were rewarded with awesome gift items from LG products, The gifts were presented by their Public Relations Officer, Mr Moses Osime.
