The children, staff and parents looked resplendent in the different colours of oleku and danshiki, which was the dress code for the day.
Our Mother in Israel, Mrs. Adunola Akinyemiju did justice to the theme, the Power of Language. She made us see the need to be intentional about teaching our children to speak our local dialect.
The world tries to change the language of people like the King of Babylon did to the Hebrew boys. They learnt the language, and they excelled.
Our children will excel in Jesus’ name.
